Baltika Yaroslavl, Brewery, Russia, 2015
Project background information
The brewery “Baltika Yaroslavl” treats wastewater produced during beer production at the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) located in the area of the company.
WWTP is equipped with technology for primary (screenings, and suspended solids removal), secondary (anaerobic and aerobic process) and tertiary treatment (sand filtration, UV disinfection). Produced excess sludge is thickened and dewatered. The treated final effluent flows to the sewerage.
Reconstruction and upgrading of the WWTP was executed in several steps
